| Fiance(é) of a US citizen is eligible for a non-immigrant visa. After the fiance(é) arrives in the United States, s/he must marry the U. S. citizen within
90 days from the date of arrival. Thereafter, the U. S. citizen spouse may file
for permanent residence ("Green Card") on behalf
